San Francisco School Alliance

The School Alliance convenes some of the most important leaders and organizations in San Francisco. We work to keep them informed and up-to-date, while finding concrete ways to apply their ideas, resources, and connections as we reinvent the district and, most importantly, support the 130 schools and early childhood learning centers across the City.

Campaign for Public Education

The School Alliance led the founding of the YourSFSchools Campaign – an unprecedented initiative – convening a coalition of non-profit, government and community-based organizations to create public awareness, promote volunteerism, financial support and engagement for San Francisco’s public schools.

The School Alliance Advisory Council

Chaired by Warren Hellman and Phil Halperin, the council is made up of key civic and business leaders.

Funder Forums

Jointly convened with the San Francisco Foundation, funder forums bring together the Bay Area’s most notable foundations and philanthropic advisors.
